Natural Gas
Natural gas is widely recognized as a clean burning fuel and yet, with the increasingly difficult regulations being imposed by various government agencies, even users of the low pollution fuel are seeking options to reduce emissions further.
While FuelSpec® had demonstrated an effect in all liquid hydrocarbon fuels from ASTM No. 1 naphtha (gasoline feedstock) to No. 6 residual oil there was no technology available to serve as an effective delivery system for use in natural gas. He and his associates hold over twelve apparatus patents in the area of emission reduction technology and his most recent innovation has now led to the application of FuelSpec® for natural gas.
Introducing Natural Gas Fuel Additives
FuelSpec® 114 is EPA registered and can be used in natural gas fuel engines for on or off-road use.
FuelSpec® 115 is for use in off-road natural gas fuel engines. This product was designed specifically for injection into the intake manifolds of natural gas reciprocating engines. It will immediately evaporate into the air-fuel mixture. The product will allow full power from the engine under extreme lean-burn conditions where NOx is reduced by 75% or more.
